Our service uses third-party AI models to create videos from text and images.

Your Content and Generated Videos

Ownership

You own the content you upload and the videos you create. You're responsible for everything you create or share using our service.

What We Can Do With Your Content

When you use our service, you let us use your content to:

  • Run and improve our service
  • Provide customer support
  • Make sure you're following these terms

Content Rules

You can't create or upload content that:

  • Breaks the law
  • Contains false information
  • Uses deepfakes without permission
  • Violates copyrights (movies, shows, music, games, etc.)
  • Shows minors inappropriately
  • Contains sexual content
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Includes hate speech or harassment
  • Violates privacy
  • Contains viruses or harmful code
  • Impersonates someone else

Important: If you create content with real people, you must have their permission.

Content Monitoring

We use AI systems to check content automatically. A request flagged by these systems is blocked and nothing is generated or delivered. A blocked video request has its credits refunded. On the image side the flag comes only after the model has already run, so the compute behind that attempt was spent and its credits are still charged. We may remove content that breaks these rules and take action on your account.

Intellectual Property

Our Stuff

We own our website, service, and technology. You can only use what we specifically allow in these terms.

Your Rights to Generated Videos

You can use your generated videos for personal or commercial purposes.

Your Uploads

Make sure you have the right to upload any content you give us. Don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.

Your Ideas

If you give us feedback or suggestions, they become ours to use without paying you.

Payment

Fees

  • The only paid product is one-time credit packs — there are no subscriptions and no automatic renewal
  • Purchased credits never expire and are not refundable
  • We can change prices with 30 days notice; a price change never affects credits you already hold
  • You pay any applicable taxes

How Generation Is Billed

  • Video generation runs as an asynchronous task: credits are reserved when you submit, and settle when the task finishes
  • If a task fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically
  • A blocked image request is the exception: the model has already run, so it is charged and not refunded (see Content Monitoring)

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party processors for payments. By paying, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Refunds

Credit-pack purchases are non-refundable, and purchased credits never expire — an unused balance keeps its full value. Failed generations refund their credits automatically. See our Refund Policy for details.

Service Limits

  • File sizes and processing have limits
  • Service availability isn't guaranteed
  • We may change features anytime

Privacy

  • We collect usage data to improve our service
  • Your content is processed securely
  • We don't sell your personal information

Ending Your Account

If You Want to Leave

You can delete your account anytime. When you do:

  • Your access stops immediately
  • Download any videos you want to keep before deleting — the account and its history are removed
  • Unused credits are forfeited and not refunded

If We End Your Account

We may suspend or close your account for:

  • Breaking these terms
  • Misusing our service
  • Not paying fees
  • Any other reason we decide

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We don't promise that:

  • Our service will always work perfectly
  • Your generated videos will meet your expectations
  • Our service will be completely secure
  • Results will be accurate

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for:

  • Lost profits, data, or other indirect damages
  • Problems with your content or generated videos
  • Third-party claims against you

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Your Responsibility

You agree to protect us from any legal problems caused by:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your content or generated videos
  • Your violation of others' rights
