Welcome to imagetovideo.io, an AI-powered video generation platform. By using our website at https://imagetovideo.io/, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our service uses third-party AI models to create videos from text and images.

Please read these terms carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you're using this for a company, you must have permission to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your account information updated
• Keep your login details secure
• Take responsibility for everything that happens with your account
• Tell us immediately if someone else uses your account

Important: Don't share your account with others. Each account is for one person only.

How You Can Use Our Service

What You Can Do

We give you permission to use our service for legal purposes, following these terms and your credit balance.

What You Can't Do

Don't:

• Create illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Try to copy or reverse engineer our technology
• Use bots or automated tools to access our service
• Interfere with our service or servers
• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Get around usage limits or restrictions
• Share your account login with others

Your Content and Generated Videos

Ownership

You own the content you upload and the videos you create. You're responsible for everything you create or share using our service.

What We Can Do With Your Content

When you use our service, you let us use your content to:

• Run and improve our service
• Provide customer support
• Make sure you're following these terms

Content Rules

You can't create or upload content that:

• Breaks the law
• Contains false information
• Uses deepfakes without permission
• Violates copyrights (movies, shows, music, games, etc.)
• Sexualizes or endangers minors (any sexual content involving a minor, real or synthetic)
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Includes hate speech or harassment
• Violates privacy
• Contains viruses or harmful code
• Impersonates someone else

Important: If you create content with real people, you must have their permission.

These rules apply in particular to tools that work from photos of people, such as the AI rap video generator:

• Photos of other people: if you upload a picture of someone other than yourself, you are responsible for having that person's permission to use their likeness in the videos you generate
• Topics and lyrics: the topic you give and any lyrics you enter are your responsibility. They must not reproduce copyrighted lyrics, infringe anyone's rights, or target a real person with insults, threats or harassment, and this covers lyrics the AI writes from your topic
• Photos of minors: a photo of a person under 18 may be uploaded only with the consent of that person's parent or guardian. Intimate effects, such as the AI kiss video, do not accept photos of minors at all

Content Monitoring

We use automated systems, including systems operated by our service providers, to check content. A request flagged by these systems is blocked and nothing is generated or delivered.

If your requests are repeatedly flagged, we may limit or pause generation on your account, and we may suspend or close the account. We keep records of flagged requests for enforcement and legal compliance. We may report content that sexualizes minors, and other apparently illegal content, to the relevant authorities and cooperate with their investigations.

Intellectual Property

Our Stuff

We own our website, service, and technology. You can only use what we specifically allow in these terms.

Your Rights to Generated Videos

You can use your generated videos for personal or commercial purposes.

Your Uploads

Make sure you have the right to upload any content you give us. Don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.

Your Ideas

If you give us feedback or suggestions, they become ours to use without paying you.

Payment

Credits

• You pay for generation with credits, which come from one-time credit packs or from free grants. Plans are a second way to get credits; see Plans below.

• The current packs and plans, with prices and credit amounts, are listed on the Pricing page and at checkout.

• Purchased pack credits never expire.
• All your credits sit in one balance and are spent in order of expiry: the soonest to expire go first, and pack credits, which never expire, go last.
• Credits stay with the account that holds them and have no cash value.
• Prices and credit costs may change. The price shown at checkout and the credit cost shown before you run apply; a change never affects credits you already hold.
• You pay any applicable taxes.

Plans

• A plan renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. By subscribing you let us charge your payment method, through our payment processor, for each billing period until then.
• A monthly plan's credits are issued each time a period's payment goes through, and are valid until that period ends. A yearly plan's credits for the whole year are issued when the yearly payment goes through, and are valid until the billing year ends. Plan credits do not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Billing stops right away, and the credits you already received stay usable until the end of the period they were issued for.
• If a plan's price changes, we email you before the first renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.
• One plan per account. To change plans, cancel the current one and subscribe to another.

Free Credits

• We may grant free credits at our discretion, for example to new accounts; the amount and expiry are shown in Settings → Credits.
• Because they expire, free credits are used before pack credits. They cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash, and we may change or end them at any time.
• Creating more than one account to claim free credits again is not allowed. We may remove the credits and close the accounts.

How Generation Is Billed

• The credit cost is shown before every run. Credits are taken when you submit and settle when the task finishes.
• A generation counts as failed when it errors, times out, or is stopped by our safety systems. Failed generations are not charged: the credits return to your balance automatically, no ticket needed. A video that completes but is not what you hoped for is not a failed generation.
• When a model is unavailable, we may complete your request with a comparable or better model without changing the credit cost.

Refunds

Any purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of its credits have been used. After that, or once any credit from the purchase is used, the purchase is final. We may decline repeated refund requests on the same account. How to ask, and what else applies, is in the Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

If a charge on your statement looks wrong, write to us first; billing problems are usually fixed within a few business days. When a charge is disputed with the bank, the unused credits from that purchase are removed and generation on the account is suspended. A plan paid by a disputed charge is canceled. Disputing a charge for credits you have already used may lead to permanent closure of the account.

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party processors for payments. By paying, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Service Limits

• File sizes and processing have limits
• Service availability isn't guaranteed
• We may change features anytime

Privacy

• We collect usage data to improve our service
• Your content is processed securely
• We don't sell your personal information

Ending Your Account

If You Want to Leave

You can delete your account anytime. When you do:

• Your access stops immediately
• Download any videos you want to keep before deleting — the account and its history are removed
• Unused credits are forfeited and not refunded

If you have a plan, it ends when the account is deleted.

If We End Your Account

We may suspend or close your account for:

• Breaking these terms
• Repeated requests flagged by our safety systems
• Misusing our service
• Not paying fees
• Disputing a charge for credits you have used
• Any other reason we decide

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We don't promise that:

• Our service will always work perfectly
• Your generated videos will meet your expectations
• Our service will be completely secure
• Results will be accurate

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for:

• Lost profits, data, or other indirect damages
• Problems with your content or generated videos
• Third-party claims against you

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Your Responsibility

You agree to protect us from any legal problems caused by:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your content or generated videos
• Your violation of others' rights

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:

• We'll post the new version here
• We'll email you about major changes
• Using our service after changes means you accept them

Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by applicable law. If there's a dispute, we'll try to resolve it through discussion before legal action.
